First Login Instruction

Type in your member number in the Member Number field (e.g. D123).

For spouse, append an alphabet 's' (e.g. D123s) to the member number.

Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name (lower case). Please see the example below (no spaces).
Example:
Member Name: John Smith
Member Number: D123
Password: smith
Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
